Brews & Chews Pairing Event

Here at Draconum our Chef is always coming up with new, innovative takes on a wide variety cuisines. Twice a year, after working in close collaboration, our Chef and Head Brewer come up with a menu to showcase 6 new beer-inspired dishes. Some dishes are constructed specifically to pair with a beer while others are built around infusing the beer into the dish itself. We then thoughtfully pair this dish with a beer, and, for the first time, we are offering the option to pair your experience with wine instead.

We invite you to join us on this gastronomic adventure which includes a welcome specialty mocktail upon arrival, 2 appetizer courses, 2 entree courses, and 2 dessert courses - all dishes are carefully paired with one of our house beers or wine. Enjoy a full brewery tour in between courses, complete with a Q&A with the Head Brewer
